REGLEMENT DU JEU-CONCOURS
Article 1 : Société Organisatrice
PEPEUF LLP, dont le siège social est situé au 7 Bell Yard, WC2A 2JR, à Londres immatriculée au Registre du Commerce et des Sociétés de Londres sous le Numéro OC447635 (Ci-après la « Société Organisatrice »), Société éditrice du site Internet www.pepeuf.com, organise du 14/10/2023 au 31/12/2023 minuit, un jeu-concours intitulé «Tentez de remporter un week-end pour deux !». (Ci-après le « Jeu » ou « Jeu-concours »).
Article 2 : Qui peut participer ?
Ce Jeu-concours est gratuit et sans obligation d’achat. Il est ouvert à toute personne physique majeure habitant la France métropolitaine et disposant d’une adresse électronique valide pour les besoins du Jeu.
Les membres de la Société Organisatrice s’interdisent de participer au Jeu, directement ou indirectement, par l’intermédiaire notamment de leurs familles (ascendants, descendants, conjoints).
Article 3 : Conditions de participation
La participation à ce Jeu implique une attitude loyale, ainsi que l’acceptation pure et simple du présent règlement et de ses éventuels avenants.
Chaque Participant est tenu de participer en personne. Il est interdit à une même personne de participer, le cas échéant, via plusieurs identifiants différents ou plusieurs comptes de réseaux sociaux. Il est interdit d’utiliser un mode de participation automatisé.
Toute contravention au présent règlement ou toute fraude ou suspicion sérieuse de fraude entrainerait immédiatement et irrévocablement la suppression de la participation du joueur.
La Société Organisatrice se réserve le droit de réclamer tout justificatif nécessaire à établir que le Participant remplisse bien les conditions imposées par le présent article. Tout Participant qui refuserait de présenter les justificatifs demandés dans un délai de huit (8) jours à compter de la demande serait considéré renoncer à sa participation et donc, le cas échéant, à son lot, sans qu’il puisse réclamer un quelconque dédommagement à la Société Organisatrice.
Article 4 : Durée du Jeu
Le Jeu-concours est accessible à compter du 14/10/2023 au 31/12/2023 minuit. Ce jeu n’est accessible que par le biais des personnes qui travaillent pour Pepeuf rencontrées sur l’espace public.
Mention ‘Réseaux sociaux’ : Il est précisé que Facebook, Instagram et Twitter ne sont pas organisateur et/ou parrain du Jeu et par conséquent ne peuvent être tenu pour responsable en cas de problème lié au Jeu. Les données personnelles collectées lors du Jeu sont destinées à la Société Organisatrice.
Article 5 : Modalités de participation
Pour jouer, les Participants doivent :
- Rencontrer un membre de la Société Organisatrice sur l’espace public britannique, français ou suisse.
- S’inscrire entre 14/10/2023 au 31/12/2023 minuit via une plate-forme détenue par les membres de la Société Organisatrice;
- Prendre connaissance du présent règlement de Jeu;
- Indiquer leurs coordonnées (nom, prénom, âge, adresse postale, numéro de téléphone, adresse e-mail) ;
Article 6 : Désignation des gagnants
Les Participants s’étant inscrits au jeu et ayant correctement répondu aux questions posées seront ensuite départagés par un tirage au sort et se verront attribuer, par ordre de tirage, les lots mentionnés à l’article 9 ci-dessous. Le nombre de gagnants correspondra au nombre de lots mis en jeu.
Article 7 : Convention de preuve
Seules les données informatiques stockées dans les systèmes d’information de la Société Organisatrice pourront être prises en compte. Ces données ont force probante quant aux éléments de connexion et aux informations résultant d’un traitement informatique relatif au Jeu organisé par la Société Organisatrice.
Article 8 : Limites de responsabilité
La Société Organisatrice décline toute responsabilité en cas d’annulation et/ou de perturbation des connexions pour des raisons indépendantes de sa volonté (telles que notamment, dysfonctionnement des télécommunications ou des installations téléphoniques des participants, saisie incorrecte des données).
La Société Organisatrice décline toute responsabilité au cas où les coordonnées qui lui auraient été fournies par le Participant se révèlent erronées ou incorrectes. Toute participation non conforme, mal renseignée, illisible, incomplète ou erronée sera invalidée par la Société Organisatrice. Les lots mentionnés à l’article 9 ci-dessous ne pourront être attribués qu’à des participations valides.
La Société Organisatrice se réserve le droit d’écourter, de prolonger ou d’annuler le présent Jeu, si les circonstances l’exigent, et notamment en cas de force majeure, sans que sa responsabilité puisse être engagée de ce fait.
En cas de nécessité, la Société Organisatrice se réserve le droit de modifier le présent règlement et d’en informer les Participants par voie de presse et/ou internet.
Article 9 : Dotations
Ce Jeu-concours est doté d’un seul lot :
Un week-end pour deux dans une destination européenne d’une valeur de 1000€.
Article 10 : Remise du lot
Le gagnant sera prévenu par mail à partir du 01/01/2024.
Dans l’hypothèse où le gagnant ne voudrait pas ou ne pourrait pas, pour quelque raison que ce soit, bénéficier de tout ou partie du lot gagné, dans les conditions décrites dans le présent règlement, il perd le bénéfice complet de la dotation et ne peut prétendre à une quelconque indemnisation ou contrepartie.
La responsabilité de Société Pepeuf ne saurait être engagée en cas de perte des envois ou de retard d’acheminement postal pour des raisons indépendantes de sa volonté, notamment en cas de grève des services postaux ou d’adresse erronée.
Le lot qui ne serait pas retiré ou réclamé dans le délai indiqué lors de l’annonce des résultats ou qui ne pourra être acheminé faute d’adresse valable ou qui sera retourné à la Société Organisatrice pour quelque raison que ce soit, sera immédiatement retiré du Jeu-concours.
Le lot sera ainsi considéré comme restant la propriété de la Société Organisatrice.
Article 11 : Consultation du règlement
Le présent règlement sera adressé gratuitement à toute personne qui en fait la demande en envoyant un mail à jeu@pepeuf.com
Article 12 : Communication sur les gagnants
En participant au concours, les gagnants reconnaissent expressément et acceptent que leurs nom, prénom et ville de résidence, ainsi que le cas échéant, les photos prises lors de la remise des prix puissent être reproduits et publiés par la Société Organisatrice du concours, pendant cinq ans à compter de la date d’acceptation du présent règlement par le Participant, à titre gracieux, sur quelque support que ce soit, notamment à la télévision, dans la presse et sur les sites Internet de la Société Organisatrice, dans le monde entier, exclusivement dans le cadre d’actions publi-promotionnelles et/ou d’information du public concernant le présent concours ou d’autres concours similaires organisés par la Société Organisatrice.
Article 13 : Protection des données à caractère personnel
13.1 Identification des acteurs et des traitements
13.1.1 La collecte de certaines données à caractère personnel des Participants (telles que les noms, adresses postales et/ou courriel, etc.) est nécessaire dans le cadre de ce Jeu-concours et notamment pour permettre la prise en compte de leur participation, la détermination des gagnants, ainsi que l’attribution et l’acheminement des prix.
Le caractère obligatoire ou facultatif de la communication des données sollicitées est mentionné sur le Formulaire pour chaque champ de collecte. Dans le cas où la communication des données est obligatoire, l’absence de leur communication aura pour conséquence le rejet de la participation au Jeu-concours.
Tout Participant reconnaît donc expressément être informé de ce que les informations nominatives recueillies sont indispensables à sa participation au présent Jeu et font l’objet d’un traitement informatique.
Les données personnelles des Participants sont traitées dans le respect des dispositions du Règlement 2016/679 UE du 27 avril 2016 relatif à la protection des données et de la loi informatique et libertés n°78-17 du 6 janvier 1978 modifiée.
Les données à caractère personnel collectées sont ainsi stockées à l’intérieur de l’Union européenne et du Royaume-Uni, pour les finalités précitées, pendant la durée nécessaire à la gestion du Jeu et la fourniture des services éventuellement souscrits.
13.1.2 Ces informations sont destinées à la Société Organisatrice et pourront être transmises à un prestataire assurant l’envoi ou la remise des dotations.
Sous réserve des options souscrites, les informations seront également utilisées par la Société Organisatrice, et/ou ses partenaires commerciaux pour adresser aux Participants une newsletter et/ou à des fins de prospection commerciale.
Le cas échéant, les données des Participants utilisées à des fins de prospection commerciale pourront être conservées pendant un délai de trois ans à compter du dernier contact émanant du Participant.
13.2 Droits des personnes concernées
Conformément à la réglementation sur les données à caractère personnel, le Participant bénéficie d’un droit d’accès, de rectification, d’effacement de ses données, d’un droit à la limitation du traitement, d’un droit à la portabilité, d’un droit d’opposition pour motif légitime, d’un droit d’introduire une réclamation auprès de la ICO (Information Commissioner’s Office) et d’un droit de définir des directives relatives au sort de ses données après son décès. Il peut également à tout moment revoir ses options en matière de prospection commerciale.
Ces droits peuvent être exercés à tout moment par le Participant en écrivant à jeu@pepeuf.com en indiquant l’objet de sa demande, ainsi qu’en fournissant la photocopie d’un titre d’identité en cours de validité.
Les Participants qui exerceront le droit de suppression des données les concernant avant la fin du Jeu seront réputés renoncer à leur participation.
Article 14 : Attribution de compétence
Le présent Jeu est soumis au droit britannique.
Pour être prise en compte, toute éventuelle contestation relative au Jeu devra être formulée par écrit, avec mentions des nom, prénom et coordonnées personnelles de l’expéditeur, à l’adresse suivante :

Tout différend né à l’occasion du Jeu pourra faire l’objet d’une tentative de règlement amiable. A défaut d’accord ou de tentative de règlement amiable, tout litige sera soumis aux tribunaux de Londres ( Royaume-Uni).

RULES OF THE COMPETITION
Article 1: Organising Company
PEPEUF LLP, whose registered office is located at 7 Bell Yard, WC2A 2JR, London, registered with the London Trade and Companies Registry under number OC447635 (hereinafter the “Organising Company”), the company that publishes the www.pepeuf.com website, is organising from 14/10/2023 to 31/12/2023 midnight, a competition entitled “Try to win a weekend for two! (hereinafter the “Game” or “Competition”).
Article 2: Who can take part?
This competition is free and there is no obligation to buy. It is open to any natural person of legal age living in metropolitan France who has a valid e-mail address for the purposes of the Contest.
Members of the Organising Company may not participate in the Contest, directly or indirectly, in particular through their families (ascendants, descendants, spouses).
Article 3: Conditions of participation
Participation in this Game implies a loyal attitude, as well as pure and simple acceptance of these rules and any amendments thereto.
Each Participant must take part in person. It is forbidden for the same person to participate, where applicable, via several different identifiers or several social network accounts. It is forbidden to use an automated method of participation.
Any contravention of these Rules or any fraud or serious suspicion of fraud will result immediately and irrevocably in the cancellation of the player’s participation.
The Organising Company reserves the right to request any proof necessary to establish that the Participant fulfils the conditions imposed by this article. Any Participant who refuses to provide the requested proof within eight (8) days of the request shall be deemed to have forfeited his participation and therefore, where applicable, his prize, without being able to claim any compensation whatsoever from the Organising Company.
Article 4: Duration of the Contest
The competition is accessible from 14/10/2023 to 31/12/2023 midnight. This game is only accessible through people who work for Pepeuf met in the public space.
Mention of ‘Social Networks’: It is specified that Facebook, Instagram and Twitter are not organisers and/or sponsors of the Game and consequently cannot be held responsible in the event of any problem relating to the Game. The personal data collected during the Contest is intended for use by the Organising Company.
Article 5: How to take part
To play, Participants must:
Meet a member of the Organising Company in the public space of the United Kingdom, France or Switzerland.
Register between 14/10/2023 and 31/12/2023 midnight via a platform held by members of the Organising Company;
Read these Contest Rules;
Provide their contact details (surname, first name, age, postal address, telephone number, e-mail address);
Article 6: Designation of winners
The Participants who have registered for the game and correctly answered the questions asked will then be decided by a draw and will be awarded, in order of draw, the prizes mentioned in article 9 below. The number of winners will correspond to the number of prizes up for grabs.
Article 7: Agreement of proof
Only computer data stored in the information systems of the Organising Company may be taken into account. These data shall have evidential value with regard to connection elements and information resulting from computer processing relating to the Contest organised by the Organising Company.
Article 8: Limits of liability
The Organising Company declines all liability in the event of cancellation and/or disruption of connections for reasons beyond its control (such as, in particular, malfunction of telecommunications or telephone installations of participants, incorrect data entry).
The Organising Company declines all responsibility in the event that the contact details provided to it by the Participant prove to be erroneous or incorrect. Any participation that is not compliant, incorrectly filled in, illegible, incomplete or erroneous shall be invalidated by the Organising Company. The prizes mentioned in article 9 below may only be awarded to valid entries.
The Organising Company reserves the right to shorten, extend or cancel this Contest, if circumstances so require, and in particular in the event of force majeure, without its liability being incurred as a result.
If necessary, the Organising Company reserves the right to modify these Rules and to inform the Participants of this by means of the press and/or the Internet.
Article 9: Prizes
There is only one prize in this competition:
A weekend for two in a European destination worth €1,000.
Article 10: Delivery of the prize
The winner will be notified by e-mail from 01/01/2024.
In the event that the winner does not wish or is unable, for any reason whatsoever, to benefit from all or part of the prize won, under the conditions described in these rules, he/she loses the full benefit of the prize and may not claim any compensation or consideration whatsoever.
Société Pepeuf shall not be held liable in the event of the loss of items or delays in postal delivery for reasons beyond its control, particularly in the event of a strike by the postal services or an incorrect address.
Any prize that is not collected or claimed within the period indicated when the results are announced, or that cannot be sent due to a lack of a valid address, or that is returned to the Organising Company for any reason whatsoever, shall be immediately withdrawn from the Contest.
The prize shall thus be deemed to remain the property of the Organising Company.
Article 11: Consultation of the rules
These rules will be sent free of charge to any person who so requests by sending an e-mail to jeu@pepeuf.com.
Article 12: Communication about the winners
By taking part in the competition, the winners expressly acknowledge and accept that their surname, first name and town of residence, as well as any photos taken during the prize-giving ceremony, may be reproduced and published by the Organising Company of the competition, for a period of five years from the date of acceptance of these rules by the Participant, free of charge, in any medium whatsoever, in particular on television, in the press and on the websites of the Organising Company, throughout the world, exclusively in the context of publicity and/or public information campaigns concerning this competition or other similar competitions organised by the Organising Company.
Article 13: Protection of personal data
13.1 Identification of participants and processing
13.1.1 The collection of certain personal data from Participants (such as names, postal and/or e-mail addresses, etc.) is necessary in the context of this Contest and in particular to enable their participation to be taken into account, to determine the winners, and to award and deliver the prizes.
The compulsory or optional nature of the data requested is indicated on the Form for each collection field. Where the provision of data is compulsory, failure to provide it will result in rejection of participation in the Contest.
Each Participant therefore expressly acknowledges that he/she has been informed that the personal information collected is essential to his/her participation in this Contest and is subject to computer processing.
Participants’ personal data is processed in compliance with the provisions of EU Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on data protection and the amended French Data Protection Act no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978.
The personal data collected is thus stored within the European Union and the United Kingdom, for the aforementioned purposes, for the time required to manage the Game and provide any services subscribed to.
13.1.2 This information is intended for use by the Organising Company and may be transmitted to a service provider responsible for sending or awarding the prizes.
Subject to the options subscribed to, the information will also be used by the Organising Company, companies in the Figaro Group and/or its commercial partners to send Participants a newsletter and/or for commercial prospecting purposes.
Where applicable, Participants’ data used for commercial canvassing purposes may be kept for a period of three years from the last contact from the Participant.
13.2 Rights of the persons concerned
In accordance with the regulations on personal data, the Participant has a right of access, rectification and deletion of his/her data, a right to limit processing, a right to portability, a right to object on legitimate grounds, a right to lodge a complaint with the ICO (Information Commissioner’s Office) and a right to define directives concerning the fate of his/her data after his/her death. They may also review their options regarding commercial prospecting at any time.
These rights may be exercised at any time by the Participant by writing to jeu@pepeuf.com, stating the purpose of his/her request and providing a photocopy of a valid identity document.
Participants who exercise their right to delete their personal data before the end of the Contest will be deemed to have waived their right to participate.
Article 14: Attribution of jurisdiction
This Game is subject to British law.
In order to be taken into account, any dispute relating to the Contest must be submitted in writing, stating the full name and personal details of the sender, to the following address:

Any dispute arising in connection with the competition may be settled out of court. In the event of failure to reach an agreement or attempt to reach an amicable settlement, any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of London (United Kingdom).

SPIELREGELN FÜR DAS GEWINNSPIEL
Artikel 1: Organisierendes Unternehmen
PEPEUF LLP mit Sitz in 7 Bell Yard, WC2A 2JR, London, eingetragen im Londoner Handelsregister unter der Nummer OC447635 (im Folgenden “Veranstalter”), Herausgeber der Website www.pepeuf.com, veranstaltet vom 14.10.2023 bis zum 31.12.2023 um Mitternacht ein Gewinnspiel mit dem Titel “Versuch, ein Wochenende für zwei zu gewinnen!”. (im Folgenden das “Spiel” oder “Gewinnspiel”).
Artikel 2: Wer kann teilnehmen?
Dieses Gewinnspiel ist kostenlos und ohne Kaufverpflichtung. Teilnahmeberechtigt sind alle volljährigen natürlichen Personen, die in Frankreich leben und über eine für die Zwecke des Spiels gültige E-Mail-Adresse verfügen.
Den Mitgliedern des Veranstalters ist es untersagt, direkt oder indirekt, insbesondere über ihre Familien (Verwandte in aufsteigender und absteigender Linie, Ehepartner), am Gewinnspiel teilzunehmen.
Artikel 3: Teilnahmebedingungen
Die Teilnahme an diesem Spiel setzt ein faires Verhalten sowie die uneingeschränkte Annahme der vorliegenden Teilnahmebedingungen und ihrer eventuellen Nachträge voraus.
Jeder Teilnehmer ist verpflichtet, persönlich teilzunehmen. Es ist einer Person untersagt, gegebenenfalls über mehrere verschiedene Kennungen oder mehrere Konten in sozialen Netzwerken teilzunehmen. Es ist verboten, eine automatisierte Teilnahmemethode zu verwenden.
Jeder Verstoß gegen die vorliegenden Regeln oder jeder Betrug oder ernsthafte Verdacht auf Betrug führt sofort und unwiderruflich zum Ausschluss des Spielers von der Teilnahme.
Die Veranstalterin behält sich das Recht vor, alle notwendigen Belege zu verlangen, um nachzuweisen, dass der Teilnehmer die in diesem Artikel festgelegten Bedingungen erfüllt. Jeder Teilnehmer, der sich weigert, die geforderten Nachweise innerhalb von acht (8) Tagen nach der Aufforderung vorzulegen, wird so behandelt, als verzichte er auf seine Teilnahme und damit gegebenenfalls auf seinen Gewinn, ohne dass er von der Veranstalterin irgendeine Entschädigung verlangen kann.
Artikel 4: Dauer des Spiels
Das Gewinnspiel ist ab dem 14.10.2023 bis zum 31.12.2023 um Mitternacht zugänglich. Das Gewinnspiel ist nur über die Personen zugänglich, die für Pepeuf arbeiten und im öffentlichen Raum angetroffen werden.
Hinweis “Soziale Netzwerke”: Es wird darauf hingewiesen, dass Facebook, Instagram und Twitter nicht Veranstalter und/oder Sponsor des Spiels sind und daher nicht für Probleme im Zusammenhang mit dem Spiel haftbar gemacht werden können. Die im Rahmen des Spiels gesammelten persönlichen Daten sind für den Veranstalter bestimmt.
Artikel 5: Teilnahmebedingungen
Um am Spiel teilzunehmen, müssen die Teilnehmer :
Ein Mitglied des Veranstalters im öffentlichen Raum des Vereinigten Königreichs, Frankreichs oder der Schweiz treffen.
Sich zwischen dem 14.10.2023 und dem 31.12.2023 um Mitternacht über eine Plattform anmelden, die den Mitgliedern des Veranstalters gehört;
Die vorliegenden Spielregeln zur Kenntnis zu nehmen;
Ihre Kontaktdaten angeben (Name, Vorname, Alter, Postanschrift, Telefonnummer, E-Mail-Adresse);
Artikel 6: Bestimmung der Gewinner
Die Teilnehmer, die sich für das Spiel registriert und die gestellten Fragen richtig beantwortet haben, werden per Losverfahren ermittelt und erhalten in der Reihenfolge der Ziehung die in Artikel 9 unten genannten Preise. Die Anzahl der Gewinner entspricht der Anzahl der ausgelobten Preise.
Artikel 7: Beweisvereinbarung
Es können nur die in den Informationssystemen der veranstaltenden Gesellschaft gespeicherten Computerdaten berücksichtigt werden. Diese Daten haben Beweiskraft für die Verbindungselemente und die Informationen, die aus der elektronischen Verarbeitung in Bezug auf das von der veranstaltenden Gesellschaft organisierte Spiel hervorgehen.
Artikel 8: Haftungsbeschränkungen
Die veranstaltende Gesellschaft lehnt jede Haftung für die Annullierung und/oder Störung der Verbindungen aus Gründen ab, die sich ihrer Kontrolle entziehen (wie insbesondere Störungen der Telekommunikation oder der Telefonanlagen der Teilnehmer, fehlerhafte Dateneingabe).
Die Veranstalterin übernimmt keine Verantwortung für den Fall, dass sich die ihr vom Teilnehmer übermittelten Kontaktdaten als falsch oder unrichtig erweisen. Jede nicht konforme, falsch ausgefüllte, unleserliche, unvollständige oder fehlerhafte Teilnahme wird von der Veranstalterin für ungültig erklärt. Die in Artikel 9 unten erwähnten Preise können nur an gültige Teilnahmen vergeben werden.
Die Veranstalterin behält sich das Recht vor, das vorliegende Spiel zu verkürzen, zu verlängern oder zu stornieren, wenn die Umstände dies erfordern, insbesondere im Falle höherer Gewalt, ohne dass sie dafür haftbar gemacht werden kann.
Falls erforderlich, behält sich die Veranstalterin das Recht vor, die vorliegenden Regeln zu ändern und die Teilnehmer über die Presse und/oder das Internet darüber zu informieren.
Artikel 9: Preise
Dieses Gewinnspiel ist mit einem einzigen Preis ausgestattet:
Ein Wochenende für zwei Personen an einem europäischen Reiseziel im Wert von 1000€.
Artikel 10: Übergabe des Gewinns
Der Gewinner wird ab dem 01.01.2024 per E-Mail benachrichtigt.
Sollte der Gewinner aus irgendeinem Grund nicht bereit oder in der Lage sein, den gesamten oder einen Teil des gewonnenen Preises unter den in diesen Regeln beschriebenen Bedingungen in Anspruch zu nehmen, verliert er den vollständigen Anspruch auf den Preis und hat keinen Anspruch auf eine Entschädigung oder Gegenleistung.
Société Pepeuf haftet nicht für den Verlust von Sendungen oder für Verzögerungen bei der Postzustellung aus Gründen, die außerhalb ihres Einflussbereichs liegen, insbesondere bei Streiks der Postdienste oder bei falscher Adresse.
Der Gewinn, der nicht innerhalb der bei der Bekanntgabe der Ergebnisse angegebenen Frist abgeholt oder beansprucht wird oder der mangels gültiger Adresse nicht zugestellt werden kann oder der aus irgendeinem Grund an den Veranstalter zurückgeschickt wird, wird sofort aus dem Gewinnspiel entfernt.
Der Gewinn gilt somit als Eigentum des Veranstalters.
Artikel 11: Einsichtnahme in die Regeln
Die vorliegenden Regeln werden kostenlos an alle Personen versandt, die dies per E-Mail an jeu@pepeuf.com beantragen.
Artikel 12: Kommunikation mit den Gewinnern
Durch die Teilnahme am Wettbewerb erkennen die Gewinner ausdrücklich an und erklären sich damit einverstanden, dass ihr Name, Vorname und Wohnort sowie gegebenenfalls die bei der Preisverleihung aufgenommenen Fotos von der Veranstalterin des Wettbewerbs fünf Jahre lang ab dem Datum der Annahme der vorliegenden Teilnahmebedingungen durch den Teilnehmer vervielfältigt und veröffentlicht werden können, unentgeltlich in jeglichem Medium, insbesondere im Fernsehen, in der Presse und auf den Internetseiten des Veranstalters, weltweit und ausschließlich im Rahmen von Werbeaktionen und/oder zur Information der Öffentlichkeit über den vorliegenden Wettbewerb oder andere ähnliche Wettbewerbe, die vom Veranstalter organisiert werden, verwendet werden.
Artikel 13: Schutz personenbezogener Daten
13.1 Identifizierung der Akteure und der Verarbeitung
13.1.1 Die Erhebung bestimmter personenbezogener Daten der Teilnehmer (wie Name, Post- und/oder E-Mail-Adresse usw.) ist im Rahmen dieses Gewinnspiels erforderlich und insbesondere, um die Berücksichtigung ihrer Teilnahme, die Ermittlung der Gewinner sowie die Zuteilung und den Versand der Preise zu ermöglichen.
Ob die Angabe der angeforderten Daten obligatorisch oder fakultativ ist, wird auf dem Formular für jedes Erhebungsfeld angegeben. Ist die Angabe der Daten obligatorisch, hat die Nichtangabe dieser Daten die Ablehnung der Teilnahme am Gewinnspiel zur Folge.
Jeder Teilnehmer erkennt daher ausdrücklich an, dass er darüber informiert wurde, dass die gesammelten namentlichen Informationen für seine Teilnahme am vorliegenden Spiel unerlässlich sind und Gegenstand einer elektronischen Verarbeitung sind.
Die personenbezogenen Daten der Teilnehmer werden unter Einhaltung der Bestimmungen der Datenschutzverordnung 2016/679 EU vom 27. April 2016 und des geänderten französischen Datenschutzgesetzes Nr. 78-17 vom 6. Januar 1978 verarbeitet.
Die erhobenen personenbezogenen Daten werden somit innerhalb der Europäischen Union und des Vereinigten Königreichs zu den oben genannten Zwecken für die Dauer gespeichert, die für die Verwaltung des Spiels und die Erbringung der gegebenenfalls abonnierten Dienstleistungen erforderlich ist.
13.1.2 Diese Informationen sind für den Veranstalter bestimmt und können an einen Dienstleister weitergeleitet werden, der den Versand oder die Übergabe der Preise sicherstellt.
Vorbehaltlich der von Ihnen gewählten Optionen werden die Informationen auch vom Veranstalter, den Unternehmen der Figaro-Gruppe und/oder seinen Geschäftspartnern verwendet, um den Teilnehmern einen Newsletter zuzusenden und/oder zu Werbezwecken.
Gegebenenfalls können die zu Werbezwecken verwendeten Daten der Teilnehmer für einen Zeitraum von drei Jahren ab dem letzten Kontakt des Teilnehmers gespeichert werden.
13.2 Rights of the persons concerned
In accordance with the regulations on personal data, the Participant has a right of access, rectification and deletion of his/her data, a right to limit processing, a right to portability, a right to object on legitimate grounds, a right to lodge a complaint with the ICO (Information Commissioner’s Office) and a right to define directives concerning the fate of his/her data after his/her death. They may also review their options regarding commercial prospecting at any time.
These rights may be exercised at any time by the Participant by writing to jeu@pepeuf.com, stating the purpose of his/her request and providing a photocopy of a valid identity document.
Participants who exercise their right to delete their personal data before the end of the Contest will be deemed to have waived their right to participate.
Article 14: Attribution of jurisdiction
This Game is subject to British law.
In order to be taken into account, any dispute relating to the Contest must be submitted in writing, stating the full name and personal details of the sender, to the following address:

REGLAMENTO DEL CONCURSO
Artículo 1: Organizador
PEPEUF LLP, cuya sede social se encuentra en 7 Bell Yard, WC2A 2JR, en Londres, registrada en el Registro Mercantil de Londres con el número OC447635 (en adelante, la “Empresa Organizadora”), empresa editora del sitio web www.pepeuf.com, organiza un concurso desde el 14/10/2023 hasta el 31/12/2023 a medianoche, titulado “¡Participa y gana un fin de semana para dos personas!”. (En adelante, el “Concurso”).
Artículo 2: Quién puede participar?
Este concurso es gratuito y no requiere compra alguna. Está abierto a todas las personas mayores de edad que residan en la Francia metropolitana y dispongan de una dirección de correo electrónico válida para los fines del Concurso.
Los miembros de la Empresa Organizadora se prohíben participar en el Concurso, directa o indirectamente, a través de sus familias (ascendientes, descendientes, cónyuges).
Artículo 3: Condiciones de participación
La participación en este Concurso implica una actitud leal, así como la aceptación pura y simple de este reglamento y sus posibles enmiendas.
Cada participante debe participar en persona. Está prohibido que una misma persona participe, en su caso, utilizando varios identificadores diferentes o varias cuentas de redes sociales. También está prohibido utilizar un método de participación automatizado.
Cualquier infracción de este reglamento o cualquier fraude o sospecha seria de fraude resultará en la eliminación inmediata e irrevocable de la participación del jugador.
La Empresa Organizadora se reserva el derecho de solicitar cualquier justificación necesaria para verificar que el participante cumple con las condiciones establecidas en este artículo. Cualquier participante que se niegue a presentar las pruebas solicitadas en un plazo de ocho (8) días a partir de la solicitud se considerará que renuncia a su participación y, en su caso, a su premio, sin que pueda reclamar ninguna compensación a la Empresa Organizadora.
Artículo 4: Duración del Concurso
El concurso estará disponible desde el 14/10/2023 hasta el 31/12/2023 a medianoche. Este concurso solo es accesible a través de las personas que trabajan para Pepeuf y que se encuentren en espacios públicos.
Mención ‘Redes sociales’: Se precisa que Facebook, Instagram y Twitter no son los organizadores y/o patrocinadores del Concurso y, por lo tanto, no pueden ser considerados responsables en caso de problemas relacionados con el Concurso. Los datos personales recopilados durante el Concurso están destinados a la Empresa Organizadora.
Artículo 5: Modalidades de participación
Para jugar, los participantes deben:
- Encontrar a un miembro de la Empresa Organizadora en un espacio público en el Reino Unido, Francia o Suiza.
- Registrarse entre el 14/10/2023 y el 31/12/2023 a medianoche a través de una plataforma propiedad de los miembros de la Empresa Organizadora.
- Leer el presente reglamento del juego.
- Proporcionar sus datos de contacto (nombre, apellidos, edad, dirección postal, número de teléfono, dirección de correo electrónico).

Los participantes que se hayan registrado en el juego y hayan respondido correctamente a las preguntas planteadas serán luego seleccionados mediante un sorteo y se les asignarán, en orden de selección, los premios mencionados en el artículo 9 a continuación. El número de ganadores coincidirá con el número de premios en juego.
Artículo 7: Convenio de prueba
Solo los datos informáticos almacenados en los sistemas de información de la Empresa Organizadora podrán ser considerados. Estos datos tienen fuerza probatoria en lo que respecta a los elementos de conexión e información resultante de un procesamiento informático relacionado con el juego organizado por la Empresa Organizadora.
Artículo 8: Límites de responsabilidad
La Empresa Organizadora declina toda responsabilidad en caso de cancelación y/o interrupción de las conexiones por razones ajenas a su voluntad (como, por ejemplo, mal funcionamiento de las telecomunicaciones o las instalaciones telefónicas de los participantes, introducción incorrecta de datos).
La Empresa Organizadora no se hace responsable en caso de que los datos proporcionados por el participante resulten incorrectos o inexactos. Cualquier participación que no cumpla, esté mal informada, sea ilegible, esté incompleta o sea incorrecta será invalidada por la Empresa Organizadora. Los premios mencionados en el artículo 9 a continuación solo podrán otorgarse a participaciones válidas.
La Empresa Organizadora se reserva el derecho de acortar, extender o cancelar el presente juego si las circunstancias lo requieren, especialmente en caso de fuerza mayor, sin que su responsabilidad pueda verse comprometida por ello.
En caso de necesidad, la Empresa Organizadora se reserva el derecho de modificar el presente reglamento y de informar a los participantes a través de los medios de comunicación y/o internet.
Artículo 9: Premios
Este concurso está dotado de un único premio:
Un fin de semana para dos personas en un destino europeo con un valor de 1000€.
Artículo 10: Entrega del premio
El ganador será notificado por correo electrónico a partir del 01/01/2024.
En caso de que el ganador no desee o no pueda, por cualquier motivo, disfrutar total o parcialmente del premio ganado, según las condiciones establecidas en el presente reglamento, perderá el beneficio completo del premio y no podrá reclamar ninguna indemnización o contraprestación.
La responsabilidad de la Empresa Pepeuf no se verá comprometida en caso de pérdida de envíos o retrasos en la entrega postal por razones ajenas a su voluntad, como huelgas en los servicios postales o direcciones incorrectas.
El premio que no se retire o reclame dentro del plazo indicado en el anuncio de los resultados, o que no pueda ser entregado debido a una dirección no válida o que sea devuelto a la Empresa Organizadora por cualquier motivo, será retirado inmediatamente del concurso.
El premio se considerará propiedad de la Empresa Organizadora.
Artículo 11: Consulta del reglamento
Este reglamento se enviará de forma gratuita a cualquier persona que lo solicite enviando un correo electrónico a jeu@pepeuf.com.
Artículo 12: Comunicación sobre los ganadores
Al participar en el concurso, los ganadores reconocen expresamente y aceptan que sus nombres, apellidos y ciudad de residencia, así como, en su caso, las fotos tomadas durante la entrega de premios, puedan ser reproducidos y publicados por la Empresa Organizadora del concurso, durante cinco años a partir de la fecha de aceptación del presente reglamento por parte del participante, de forma gratuita, en cualquier medio, incluyendo televisión, prensa y sitios web de la Empresa Organizadora, en todo el mundo, exclusivamente en el contexto de acciones de promoción pública y/o información pública relacionadas con el presente concurso u otros concursos similares organizados por la Empresa Organizadora.
Artículo 13: Protección de datos personales
13.1 Identificación de los actores y los procesamientos
13.1.1 La recopilación de ciertos datos personales de los participantes (como nombres, direcciones postales y/o de correo electrónico, etc.) es necesaria en el marco de este concurso, en particular para permitir la consideración de su participación, la determinación de los ganadores y la entrega de los premios.
La obligatoriedad o facultatividad de la comunicación de los datos solicitados se especifica en el formulario para cada campo de recopilación. En caso de que la comunicación de los datos sea obligatoria, la falta de comunicación resultará en el rechazo de la participación en el concurso.
Cada participante reconoce expresamente que se le informa de que la información personal recopilada es esencial para su participación en el presente concurso y está sujeta a tratamiento informático.
Los datos personales de los participantes se tratan de acuerdo con las disposiciones del Reglamento (UE) 2016/679 del 27 de abril de 2016 relativo a la protección de datos y la Ley de Informática y Libertades n.º 78-17 del 6 de enero de 1978, modificada.
Los datos personales recopilados se almacenan dentro de la Unión Europea y el Reino Unido, para los fines mencionados, durante el tiempo necesario para gestionar el concurso y proporcionar los servicios eventualmente suscritos.
13.1.2 Esta información está destinada a la Empresa Organizadora y puede ser transmitida a un proveedor que se encargue del envío o la entrega de los premios.
Sujetas a las opciones seleccionadas, la información también puede ser utilizada por la Empresa Organizadora y/o sus socios comerciales para enviar a los participantes boletines informativos y/o fines de prospección comercial.
En su caso, los datos de los participantes utilizados con fines de prospección comercial pueden conservarse durante un período de tres años a partir del último contacto realizado por el participante.
13.2 Derechos de las personas afectadas
De acuerdo con la normativa de protección de datos personales, el participante tiene derecho a acceder, rectificar, borrar sus datos, a la limitación del tratamiento, a la portabilidad, al derecho de oposición por motivos legítimos, a presentar una queja ante la ICO (Information Commissioner’s Office) y a establecer directrices sobre el destino de sus datos después de su fallecimiento. También puede revisar en cualquier momento sus preferencias en materia de prospección comercial.
Estos derechos pueden ejercerse en cualquier momento enviando un correo electrónico a jeu@pepeuf.com, indicando el objeto de la solicitud y proporcionando una copia de un documento de identidad válido.
Los participantes que ejerzan su derecho de supresión de datos antes del final del concurso se considerarán que renuncian a su participación.
Artículo 14: Competencia
Este concurso está sujeto a la legislación británica.
Cualquier disputa relacionada con el concurso debe presentarse por escrito, con menciones del nombre, apellidos y datos personales del remitente, a la siguiente dirección:

Cualquier disputa que surja durante el concurso podrá ser objeto de un intento de resolución amistosa. En caso de falta de acuerdo o de intento de resolución amistosa, cualquier litigio se someterá a los tribunales de Londres (Reino Unido).
